The CLICKERS

For this class, you will need a Personal Response System (PRS) radio clicker.

To set up clicker

• Turn your PRS unit on
• When you see the "Scanning classes" message, push the asterisk (*) button. This will halt the scanning process.
• Push the up arrow once. You will see the words "Setup Menu", and "ID".
• Enter your Penn State e-mail address (just the part before the "at" (@) sign). To do this, hit one of the letter keys and use the up and down arrows to scroll through the alphabet until you get the first letter of your e-mail address. Then repeat for the rest of the letters (and then the numbers) of your e-mail.
• After you have entered your e-mail, push the green "enter" button.
• The next time you use the clicker, it will remember this e-mail (unless, of course, it's been borrowed by someone else, who has reset the e-mail address to something else).

When not in use, turn your PRS unit off. Otherwise, the battery will run down.
