The science payload electronics consist of the CCD analog electronics, the CCD camera boards, the science data buffer, the housekeeping, and the telemetry interface (see Figure 17).

This section will briefly describe the electronics design and the power distribution network. A more complete discussion of the electronics, including block diagrams and schematics of the interface circuits, may be found in Appendix 2. An Electronics Data Package, which includes complete design schematics, is also available.
