Analog Housekeeping

The Housekeeping board in the Analog Electronics Box provides signal conditioning and analog MUXes for the housekeeping signals discussed in §4.4.10. The output of the HK board is a signal between 0 and 10 V. (The final stage of the HK board is an absolute value circuit.) The 0 -- 10 V housekeeping signals are inverted and divided by 2 before being fed to the ADC circuitry.
