Lecture Notes
Lectures in this course will not always closely follow the
textbook, and some will be entirely independent of it. To help you
coordinate the material, you will receive reviews for each test.
You should fill in details from your class notes and the textbook.
These reviews and my lecture notes will help you to catch up if you miss
an occasional lecture,
but they are not adequate substitutes for attending
the lectures.
